Hello! My name is Rose Young and I am a victorious warrior in the battle over chronic pain, cancer, addiction, surviving life with an addict, and the betrayal and injustices of the corporate world.
I suffered from osteoarthritis, Fibromyalgia, migraine headaches, severe fatigue, cognitive impairment, irritable bowel, irritable bladder, gastric reflux and thyroid cancer. I say suffered as opposed to suffer as I have chosen to take my life back. I have symptoms of these conditions, but the symptoms don’t have me.
Another battle I have won is
the right to the financial security I worked for and paid into for over 30
years. When it came time to lean on the insurance plans that I thought were in
place for times of illness, I was in for the fight of my life. With the
assistance of a great lawyer, tremendous medical support and my unwavering
determination, I won the right to my benefits as a person with disabilities. My
biggest lesson in all of that was, NEVER GIVE UP.
